I just turned fifty-one. Or, as my aunt put it: fifty-wonderful. Isn’t that cute!?

It’s hard to believe I’ve arrived at this age and stage of life.

But sadly, my body does not allow me to stay in denial for too long.

In honor of  each year I’ve been blessed to be alive, I want to share a compilation of my most valued thoughts, beliefs, and lessons, all of which have added massive purpose and value to my life and I think they’ll do the same for you.

At least I hope they will.

35. Learn and teach others

38. More dancing- always more dancing

39. Clean out your camera album and print a few special pictures

40. Send an unexpected note to someone you’re grateful for

41. Take a solo getaway even if it’s just a day (or a half day!)

42. Do a financial audit- know your exact debt/monthly expenses and set SMART goals

43. Do a heart audit- what is the condition of your heart in this moment?

44. Little by little, a little becomes a lot

45. Attitude dictates the experience
